Eco Adventure
A cenote (SEE NO TAY) is a natural sinkhole which is the result of a collapse of limestone bedrock. What this collapse exposes is the clear water and beautiful underwater treasures which lie just beneath the earth’s surface. The Ruta de Los Cenotes (Cenote Route), just south of Puerto Morelos, is the pathway to the largest network of flooded caves and underground rivers in the world; having over 20 different cenotes for you to explore. To add to the adventure, zip line tours can also be found along the route. So, spend the day zipping through the jungle and exploring underwater riches.
